A damage deposit of USD $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. or Cash You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A deposit of the first night's charge will guarantee your reservation for the day of your schedule arrival. A refund will be issued if you cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Check-in: Check-in time starts at 2 PM EST

Check-in time ends at midnight

Check-out : Check-out time is 11 AM EST

Early check-in can be arranged for an extra charge of USD 20.00 (subject to availability)

Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge of USD 20.00 (subject to availability)

Note: We do have elevator.

Extra-Person Charges may apply and vary depending on the hotel policy.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Smoking fee for smoking in non-smoking room: $100.00.

Rate Based on length of stay. Additional charges may apply if # of days is reduced
